The following section forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM and you may be bound by the terms described herein.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We will be responsible for supplying, packaging and sending the goods as described.

We will not be responsible for the goods once they have left our premises.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use of or your inability to use any product ordered from us.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use of or your inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible for the installation and/or use of any product you order from us. Where applicable, the manufacturer’s instructions will guide you through this process. If you are unable to follow the instructions you should seek assistance in the first instance from LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM, a friend, colleague or professional.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All rights in the designs, information and photographic images on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The content on our website may not be used for any purpose other than for browsing and/or ordering from us. Any infringement of our Copyright and/or Intellectual Property will be pursued.

We will use the information that you provide and records of items you order to monitor and improve our service.

Our website contains links to other websites which are not under our control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

Whilst we take every effort to ensure images and descriptions are correct we cannot guarantee these exactly reflect the true nature of the product, particularly the reflection of true colours, shades and textures, due to variations in your computer set-up (including screen settings and ambient lighting) variations will occur.

Please note that colours, sizes, and measurements given on our website are approximate only.

PRICES

All prices quoted online by phone and email are ex-works so delivery charge to be added to all prices advertised or quoted. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect. Our prices do not include fitting of any products.

Please be aware that with any export be it international or EU you may still be liable for any import duties and/or clearance duties and we take no responsibility for these charges.

PLACING AN ORDER

We take orders through our product page enquiry form, email or phone For all orders outside the U.K. you will need to contact us by email, or phone us with your order. Once the total amount including shipping has been agreed we will either send you a PayByLink or our BACS details on request.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We accept personal or business cheques, but funds must clear before we can either proceed with production or despatch a stock item. All online credit card transactions are processed through Tyl by NatWest. At LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through Tyl. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and all rules enabling us to be PCI DSS compliant. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently. Orders placed on the phone will be processed through Tyl and all telephone and email orders are bound by our terms.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT TAKE CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL DUE TO SECURITY PAYMENT REGULATIONS

For customers living worldwide unable to ring, we will issue a pro forma invoice with the options of:

  • PayByLink

  • BACS – Direct Bank Payment

PayByLink

We will issue a pro forma invoice. Once confirmation is received we will create a PayByLink, you will then receive a direct link by return email to make a secure card payment yourself.

Bank payments 

BACS – Direct Bank Payment (funds are to clear before your order is processed).

BACS payments from outside the UK: please note that all BACS payments direct to LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM account will be subject to a £7.00 Bank Charge Fee, this only applies to payments being received from outside the UK.

We will issue you with a pro forma invoice with our bank details on.

If paying by bank transfer from outside the UK, please make your payment in Pounds Sterling, thank you.

LEAD TIME

At LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM we make a large range of products, but due to the scope of our range and in many cases the complexity of manufacture, all items are made to order. We manufacture all trim products by hand. This means that any lead times given or possible dispatch dates are an estimate and we endeavour to hit the times given. Please remember the dates given are the dates of manufacture and ready for dispatch, not the date of arrival.

Our products are HANDMADE TO ORDER – LEAD TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS from placement of order/payment.
(when only buying Insulation/Accessory Products – these are usually in stock, and shipped within a few days)

BESPOKE AND SPECIAL ORDERS

We are always happy to manufacture an order to your personal requirements but these are then personal to you and we can not sell this to another customer; therefore this is covered under our terms for Bespoke Manufacture. Unless faulty or we have made an error on your request, we will not accept any returns on these items and we will repair or correct under warrantee any fault under the same terms and return.

So what do we classify as ‘Bespoke’?

Any of our products that are modified to your own requirements which include :-

  • Any modification of our products to suit your needs

  • Raptor textured paint finish

  • Luxury fibre finish

When choosing a bespoke finish colour online we will not guarantee the colour finish will exactly reflect the true colours, shades and textures as shown on your screen (including screen settings and ambient lighting) they will vary due to the differences in display settings and printing processes used.

We will always insist that a physical sample be agreed upon, ensuring customer satisfaction.

All bespoke orders require payment in full prior to manufacture.

IMAGES

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM will be taken very seriously.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that the product information we use is accurate and up to date. All product descriptions are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Manufacturer part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer.

DISCLAIMER

This website is made available for public viewing on the basis that LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM exclude to the extent lawfully permitted all liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising out of use of this website. Lasalle interior trim Products are usually dispatched within the 6 week period from placement of order and payment.

Insulation products if purchased separately will be dispatched within 3 – 5 days from placement of order and payment.

Alpine products if purchased separately will be dispatched within 3 – 5 days from placement of order and payment.

We will email/contact you with a 7-10 day warning of dispatch of our handmade products, to allow for any updates/changes for delivery that may be needed. We will also email again on the day of dispatch to confirm.

UK deliveries of our smaller products are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL – delivery 3 – 5 days.

UK deliveries are shipped with FEDEX (TNT) – 48hr service – always dispatched on a Wednesday (unless other arrangements have been made) with delivery on Friday anytime between 8am-6pm.

European deliveries are shipped with DHL – approx 3-7 working days – usually dispatched on a Wednesday with delivery the following week – your tracking number will be supplied.

Rest of world deliveries are shipped with DHL – approx 3-10 working days – deliveries are usually dispatched on a Wednesday with delivery in the following week or two – your tracking number will be supplied.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NO LONGER PROCESSING INDIRECT EXPORTS DUE TO SO MANY CUSTOMERS:

  1.  NOT PROVIDING THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK

  2.  NOT SUBMITTING THE PAPERWORK WITHIN THE TIME LIMITS

Customers outside of the UK please note you may be liable to pay local/import taxes/duties depending on the country and products value – WE WILL NOT REDUCE THE VALUE OF PRODUCTS FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES – SO PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ASKING US.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION (IDI PDF)

GOODS NEED TO BE CHECKED
If you choose to have the delivery with no recipient to check the shipment then this is at your own risk entirely.

  1. If there are signs of any damage you MUST STATE THIS TO THE DRIVER AND ASK THEM TO MAKE A NOTE ON THEIR SCANNER

  2. Once you have accepted the goods or once they have been left with no recipient at your request, there is NO REDRESS with either the courier or LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM should you later discover any damage or missing products

If the goods have been damaged in transit in any way we need to be notified immediately as there are only 7 DAYS in which to make a claim with the shipper – pictures of the damaged box/es and goods will help with the claim.

IF POSSIBLE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU

1. INSPECT THE BOX THOROUGHLY ON DELIVERY
Please note: the box can look undamaged so please check for any signs of impact or crushing, not just tears/holes.

IF IN ANY DOUBT OR YOU ARE UNSURE OR TIME IS SHORT PLEASE ASK THE DRIVER TO NOTE AS DAMAGED REGARDLESS – THIS WAY THERE IS COVER JUST INCASE THERE IS A NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM.

2. OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR GOODS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The shippers will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition unless the driver has NOTED any damage on their scanner at the time of delivery. In order for the shippers to consider a claim for damage the contents of your shipment and the original packaging must be made available for inspection.

You may be required to provide proof of the damage INCLUDING THE EXTERNAL PACKAGING. The contents of the consignment and the original packaging MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURING, SUPPLYING, PACKING AND SENDING THE PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED.

  • WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR PREMISES.

  • IT IS YOU THE CUSTOMER THAT IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE GOODS ARE RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IN ANY WAY.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding – we apologise if this seems somewhat extreme, shippers/couriers will do anything to dismiss a claim, they all have very strict terms and conditions so we are trying to ensure that our customers are covered in every aspect of the delivery procedure, and therefore if unfortunately a claim has to be made this will make claiming quicker and easier for all concerned.
