LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM Defender Front Door Trims are constructed from GRP which is strong, waterproof and has insulating properties. With a choice of finishes and colours, it can be made to your bespoke specification.
Please be aware Land Rover doors can vary slightly in size and design - the design and construction of a LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM Front Door Trim gives the flexibility that should accommodate most varying size and design issues.
There is some confusion with regards which door trims are needed in the transition period between 2004 and we believe 2007. Where there are a mix of design profiles and door card designs. The differences are mainly to do with the door edge profiles, door lock side and door hinge side.
The best way to clarify which door trim you require is to look at the door edge profile.
If the doors are original or you have replaced/purchased new doors on the pre 2004 Land Rover Defender – The doors should have one straight angle at the top, and a sharp angle curve at the bottom profile, on the door lock side, and a rounded curve on the hinge side.
If the doors are original or you have replaced/purchased new doors on the post 2004 Land Rover Defender – The should have a smooth rounded gentle curved at the top and a smooth gentle curve at the bottom profile, on the door lock side, and a straight angle curve on the hinge side.
